Mark's Drain & Plumbing Repair

We called Mark based on these ratings we saw on google. As small business owners we were looking to find a reliable plumber to have a working relationship with. We asked Mark to fix a very basic toilet issue we were having. He said no problem. Not only did he not fix the problem, he broke the toilet, flooded our bathroom and never returned any phone calls. We sent him a video, texted him and called him with no response. We are missing pieces to the toilet, and had to call someone else to come fix the original problem and the other problems he caused. I would 100% never recommend him to do any work.

I have used Mark for 5 years now and his pricing can't be beat. He is solution focused and know his business. He is self employed and shows and explains to you what the problem was with all your plumbing needs.

Mark was excellent to work with! Have hired him twice. He fixed a leak in our kitchen sink and also replaced a sink disposal. His response time was extremely quick and his pricing is very fair. Will use again in the future.

I live in Waukee, I'm not a friend of Mark's nor a robot; just a regular guy. (If you're like me, you assume 99% of reviews are BS.) Seeing the stellar reviews, I was skeptical. But I had a plugged kitchen sink. I could only run the water for a matter of seconds before it would be already backed up in the sink. I called Mark, he returned my initial call in (not an exaggeration) under 1 minute. I told him my problem, and he said he would be out within a few hours (I was hoping I'd be able to get help this week- a few hours? AWESOME!) I told him where I was located, and he said "I just finished a job right by there, I'll be there in 20 minutes." 15 minutes later, Mark pulled up and got right to work. He was pleasant, quick, and did the job right. My sink works great now and I no longer have a mountain of dishes making my kitchen disgusting. Thanks Mark for being awesome!

Had an excellent experience with Mark. I believe that he is self-employed. He knows his business, was on time and was in and out in 30 minutes. He charges about 60 percent of what the big companies charge. He will be the first one I call if needed.
