I typically steer away from writing reviews but after receiving the straightforward and honest service from Julian Plumbing, I am compelled to write about my experience. To be clear, I have never met the man personally, so this review is as honest as it gets. I Googled plumbers in Heber Springs area and found Julian Plumbing’s number, and so far I have been well pleased. Upon making the call Troy was courteous, and it was clear he is skilled at his profession. My water regulator went out and needed to be removed and replaced. Troy showed up exactly when he said, he even called ahead to confirm and he was prepared, thus allowing him to complete the job in a timely and professional manner. He explained the process, there were no surprises, which sometimes happens, but not this time. He gave us a list of things to watch for and told us to call him should any issues arise. I am completely satisfied and appreciate the services rendered so much so I was happy to pay the man the fair and reasonable compensation. I recommend Julian Plumbing and will be using them in the near future!

He’s fast, he’s knowledgeable about his craft, he’s trustworthy, he’s affordable, and never fails to come when I have called no matter the time of day! Need a plumber Troys the man to call!
