Horrible not trust worthy. Lied about checking plumbing in tub and charged my 74 year old mother 300 and still didn't fix anything. They also cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling and never fixed it. Then they handed my mother an estimate for 3200 to remodel bath. I fixed the leak with the plumbers tape. This company targets the elderly and cons them of there money. I called them three times and each time they yelled and hung up on me. Beware!!!!!!!
wish i would've done my homework on this racket. $175 diagnostic fee to look at my water heater and offer to replace it for $2500. that works out to be about $1500 in labor alone. not sure how you stay in business dude...
I had Benjamin Franklin come out to look at my water heater. First off their slogan "If there's any delay it's you we pay" is total crap being as they've been out to my house three times and never give you an exact time of service. It's "we will be there in the afternoon" or "We will be there after 1:00 pm" Telling someone you will just be there at some point the following day is a good way to avoid paying up I suppose. I was charged $90.00 for the master plumber to call tech support ( I thought the plumber was tech support) I can call a number and walk through basic steps of what to do to get a pilot lit on a water heater. Where do I sign up to get a plumbing job? The man got the water heater lit but never tested anything on it. I was pretty sure it was a bad thermocouple. The man spent the whole time trying to sell me a new water heater being as mine is at the ripe old age of six years old. I eventually had someone else come out to put on the thermocouple the water heater needed. Never again will I waste money and time on this business.
