I don't have enough accolades to be able to say "Thank You" to Mike and his crew. With all the fast thawing, rain and more rain, we found ourselves with our house flooding. We couldn't bale the water out, as it was coming in faster than we could clean it up. I called Mike in a panic and he was so kind, reassuring, and helpful. He said he would get someone out there as soon as he could (as they had another emergency at that moment). He did just that. His crew arrived to help save the day!! They were professional, knowledgeable, and it was very clear they had a game plan on what they would do. They got the water stopped and now I am working on cleanup. I have mere words, but from the bottom of my heart, I say "THANK YOU". An asset to Boone with people who really care about those in their community!!

Having just moved to Boone, I had many questions and work that needed done on the old home I purchased. I called around to many businesses, but had no luck getting anyone to either respond or get a quote once they came out to look at the problems. Pritchard Bros was different, they immediately came to look at the problem and worked to fix it, even when it took multiple trips. They were able to work around my hectic schedule and finished the task faster than I had anticipated. I would highly recommend this business as their customer service, quality of work, and honesty is top notch!

I'm very pleased with Pritchard's customer service and their work! I was (I thought) having some issues with my furnace so they sent a tech out on Monday. Nothing major but Mitch was helpful and explained a few things. I asked before he left if they were able to run a vent for my bathroom, which had none. Mitch called me later the same day with a quote and he and another guy came back the next day and I now have heat in the bathroom. Great job! I look forward to working with Pritchard Brothers in the future for both heating and cooling!

We have used Pritchard Brothers the last couple years for our annual furnace and A/C check. They have always been efficient and competitively priced. Our water heater gave out and they checked it the day we called. Mitch was very professional and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. Their prices were really reasonable and they were very understanding of our finances and willing to work with us. Mitch and Bob came out the very next day in the morning and replaced our heater. We were very happy with their work and we will continue to use Pritchard Brothers for all our heating and plumbing needs.
