Loved the way we were treated from start to finish!
If you have a crawl space where are main drain is DONT CALL THESE GUYS they will not do it. They gave me the run around . couldn't do dishes or use the bathtub and my washer for 2 weeks because of these guys. All they did was charge me 300 dollars to pull my toilet and snake it. Will NEVER GO BACK TO THESE LAZY COMPANY .
What a nightmare. I've waited for 3 weeks with daily promises that "we'll be there" never fulfilled. DO NOT HIRE these people. Business is pretty simple when you have integrity. Don't make promises you can't keep.
Worst service ever!
Two gentlemen from Roto Rooter spent 2 1/2 hours unplugging a sewer line for us. They worked after dark and kept at it til it was unplugged. After this experience, I'm scheduling a yearly clean-out. Thank you very much for your hard work!
