Had an emergency situation tonight.. with the weather temperature in the negatives and strong winds our furnace quick working. It's midnight and I called Edward's Plumbing and get there answering machine with an emergency number to call, called, left a voice mail and within 5 minutes Nate got back to us and was able to fix the problem within a matter of minutes over the phone!
