Lynch's Plumbing

We're a potential customer...placed four calls to Lynch's for a service request on a water line leak/break to our barn which also affects the livestock water supply across the road. First call was on 07/31/17. This is now 09/12/17. Lynch's have returned our four calls responding that we are on the list - unable to provide an appointment time frame; nor have they reached out to us on their own to touch base or to schedule appointment. However, they were at a service call for my husband's employer this week. Going with someone else who may be able to provide service to residential customers in a more timely manner.

Horrible alley restoration in Solon. Made huge mess, didn't fix. Hit telecom line. Surprised they're still in business.

This review is of the customer service recieved on the initial call, fantastic! It's always great to start off a working relationship with well mannered folks that know what they're talking about. That was my experience today. If the whole experience, through fixing our plumbing problem, is good then I'd give them 5 stars and two thumbs up. I'll update this once the work is completed (can't do anything today since the work is outside and it's thunderstorming). ***UPDATE*** After scheduling my appointment, the work was done promptly and professionaly and at a great price! I had an excellent experience with Lynch Plumbing and would hightly recommend then to anyone.
