Scheduled service and never received a call for a cancellation, I called on the day of service and told a sob story. Well that's all fine but now I have been stuck with no working bathroom. Very unprofessional and very unhappy.
Found our sewer line was backing up when we got home from work. Basement was flooded with nastiest. Called several other places and couldn't get anyone to come over till the next day. Called Rivo and they sent someone right over. He was nice and professional and got us taken care of. Thanks!
They came out gave us our estimate our project was a 2 day project they came to our home at 7 am left at 4 30 PM did an awesome timely job and was chipper then our other bids thank you rivo plumbing
Look at your bill closely as they tend to over charge for things you never knew about. BUYER BEWARE!!
