I have contracted services with this company for ten years & have always had excellent results. They have completed multiple plumbing related jobs in various manufacturing facilities for me in Springdale, Russellville, & Booneville Arkansas.
If I could give them a -100 I surely would! They not only didn't fix our clogged line, but left our house in worse Condition!! They cut a hole in the wall of our newly remodeled home, exploded the toilet and blew sewage all over the cieling and walls!!! Then had my 75 year old mother in law write them a check for 917.00!!! Nothing was fixed!! My husband spoke to the owner and he was rude and would not explain why we were left with a hole in the wall and sewage on our bathroom walls and ceiling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!
