A-1 Absolute Drain Cleaning

Initially posted a positive review, but the service as declined. I had an appointment for Monday morning and received a message saying he would be 20 minutes late. Two hours later he said he'd be 45 minutes late. I offered to reschedule since he seemed busy that day and he agreed that would be best and offered me a morning slot the next day. The next day he was 2 hours late for the morning appointed so I called another company who arrived within an hour. He finally called me back late into the afternoon saying that he was having staffing problems. While I can sympathize, I expect to be notified so I'm not wasting my day waiting for someone who has no intention of showing up. This is very costly to hard working people who need to take time off of work to wait for a plumber who's never going to show.

My main drain was clogged. Called him Monday morning at 9am and he was here within a half hour. Was 1/3 cheaper then the other major companies. About every two years I need a cleaning due to tree roots. Usually pay way more. Very professional and extremely polite. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. He also gave me advice and told me what I could purchase to help prevent issues in the future. 100% satisfied.

James, the owner just came out and solved a major issue I had at my house. He worked his tail off. Never complained and was professional in every aspect of this job. His rates were more than fair. In fact I would say underpriced for the time and effort he put into this job. I have no hesitation recommending his services.

They came unthawed my sewer but busted the water faucett behind my washer sprayed water on the back of my dryer fried the mother board it cost me over $300.00 to fix everything I can't locate their business to get reembursed

I placed a call in the morning, and had a plummer out right after noon. Originally, I had only called about one drain, but they cleaned my other drain for no additional charge. Excellent pricing for such quality work. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs a drain cleaned. Their work also has a written warranty.
