I called just wanting to know if they did any pump rebuilds and the lady I was speaking with said "what kind of pumps?" I replied HVAC. "no we don't do any HVAC only water well pumps." I said great so you do submersibles? "yes" I asked if they rebuilt them or just replaced them. "we replace them thanks" then hung up on me. If you read the reviews that are left on a companies web page and there's nothing but negativity then don't even bother giving them a call. The woman I spoke with was short with her words and was very rude. Don't contact them. If you don't believe me just look at the other reviews on this page. I wish there was a non star option. Don't even deserve 1 star
