I called with a problem with my geothermal air-conditioning system they responded immediately and had a technician out within a half a day he knew exactly what he was looking at and had me up and running in no time! Took his shoes off and cleaned up after himself -companies like this don’t exist anymore I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service!!

Brian helped us find a solution to convert our 1976 boiler system into a brand new forced air furnace with central air! He was priced fairly and competitive.Tanner, Jackson and Bob ran all the duct work, cut through massive concrete walls and did a professional top notch job. The crew was respectful, on time, hard working and made a huge difference in our lives and homes. I would not hesitate to call Kraus for anything! THANK YOU GUYS!

Had Kraus install our furnace when we built in 2012. Called today at around 6pm as the furnace wasn’t working when we got home from work and have a one year old who can’t go all night without heat. Brian was on call and when my husband called he just said he wouldn’t come out tonight. No offer to talk my husband through some things to check or make another suggestion of who we could call. Just one more example of the terrible customer service we have experienced since going with this company. I would not recommend their business to others

Used them in the past, great response. Called over 2 weeks ago. No one's been out. Called again a week later to see if anyone was coming to fix my problem. Over a week later and no word.

Very professional from the first phone call to the finished installation both in the office and with his workers. Highly recommended!!!
