Of course I will award Iowa Soft Water 5 stars. I just got a new water softener installed and I couldn’t be happier! Great Service and great installation! Fits nicely in my laundry room and I just love it!
Came home from vacation to a broken water softener. Called Iowa Soft Water to try and purchase resin. TJ called me back and got me set up with a new valve and walked me through installation on his own time. This was all during the home show, a very demanding time for his company!! Expensive service calls. Kinked an "o"ring on our drinking water system spraying water in our basement. Ended up fixing it myself. Just got done with my 2nd service call on 10/13 for low drinking water pressure, lasted 2 days!! I'm out $135.00 for nothing and then got a very rude call back from some dude named T.J. when I complained. Avoid these scam artist.
Technician was a great help. Took the time to explain the different water purification products available and helped me choose the right system for my home.
