Razor Rooters Plumbing

Fixed bid in writing of $2500 included repairing the exterior leaking water line (which they repaired 10months earlier), and repairing any damage they may cause to turf, gardens and sprinkler system. Said they would get the job done in 1 day, maybe a day and a half day. It took 4 days. He gave me an invoice for $3000. Turf and gardens were not repaired properly. Sprinkler system did not work (although the plumber said he fixed the pipes and heads that he had damaged and that he tested it). I had to hire professionals to fix what the plumber damaged. This cost me an extra $1500. The boss (Jon) came by at my request, told me they are not landscapers and should have never promised to fix that, and that if he had bid the job it would have been twice the price. So, if you have a leaking toilet or stopped up sewer, maybe these guys will do just fine. But I was not satisfied with their work and the excessive charges plus the additional expenses to do repairs behind them. I will never use this company again and I cannot recommend them.

Was supposed to show up on a Tuesday. No show. No call. Shows up wed. Dinner time, complaining he hasn’t had dinner. Doesn’t finish the job. Says he’ll be back around 10:30 am. Nope. At noon I call to ask if I even need to be here since the work is outside. Answering service pages him. No response. An hour later someone shows up. Let me be clear, in the past when the young guys show up they’re friendly and diligent. The owner is a miserable old jerk. Unfriendly. Burnt out. His employees should split off and start their own outfit.

Third time these guys have come out to get roots out of our drains, third year in a row. Takes them 20 minutes, and it's the same price every year and gets the job done. Great team. They came out within an hour too, on a week day of course.

Disappointed in this service. We had our lines rooted in November 2018 and are having issues again. Rather than having RazorRooter come back, we are using a different service come out to fix it properly. Also, when RazorRooter came out on a weekend call, they didn’t have the proper equipment so had to come back on Monday to finish the job.

So, we had a sewage problem, and called razor rooter to simply talk to them about availability, pricing, etc...they were super hard to get on the phone. But once they got ahold of us, it was to tell us that they were on their way... Without discussing ANYTHING first. They get to our house, and two of the employees start fixing whatever they think the problem is, while the other comes to the door to inform me that they were onsite. They messed around for awhile, and when I went to check on them, I walk out my back door to find that they had gone through the stuff on my back porch... One was holding a firearm of my dad's when I opened the door. What kind of professional goes through their clients' belongings? Oh, on top of that, they charged us twice for the same service... And our sewage is still messed up...
