I had major leak in the supply water line. I called Hansen Plumbing and John came out and assessed immediately. He told me that he would bring his crew out the following day. I will say he was prompt and what is important, he explained what needed to be done and showed me what the issue was. John and his crew fixed the problem , cleaned up, and we're done in a little over one day's work. He was upfront about everything. The important thing for me is his communication to me as his customer, the accuracy of his assessment, and the knowledge he has in fixing my plumbing. His care and concern are exemplary. His work and clean up indicate the quality of his work. I am very pleased and recommend this man without reservation.

These guys are the best! We had a broken sewer pipe. John and his guys came out in 24 hours, fixed the problem(and this was not easy because the leak was in a brick flower bed). They fixed everything, cleaned up and were gone in an hour for a VERY fair price. I would recommend them 100% and wouldn't use any one else. If you had 10 stars I'd give them 10-bbc

Hansen Plumbing was a godsend! I was moving apartments and the original person who was going to unhook my washer and dryer cancelled at the last minute. I called John and he came to the rescue!
