Two visits and a bunch of money later and we still have the problem we called them for. The plumbers that came out were very polite and pleasant to deal with. Mr. Rooter sent out a plumber after reading my first review. Our problem has been fixed. We now have a good idea of what is causing the problem and have a working plan to fix our plumbing issues in a more permanent way. We will use Mr. Rooter again.

They said they could come the next day. I never saw anyone.

Rapid response. My plumbing failures always seem to happen on the weekends. Their professional technicians have been here many times over the years and have always managed to fix the issue quickly and at a reasonable price. We usually spend days "working" on it ourselves to no avail....Then they do it right! Highly recommended by our family.

Mr. Cox did not allow us to service him in our normal professional manner. I spoke with Mr. Cox personally and he and I agreed on how to service his plumbing issues and Mr. Cox chose to cancel the call before we came out.
