JP Plumbing & Heating

I'm usually not one to write reviews, however our A/C system was having all sorts of troubles ranging from a short in our thermostat to a bad expansion valve over the course of a few weeks. Dylan from JP was able to come out right away each time to figure out what the actual issue was and was able to get everything fixed up just in time for the awful heat wave. He was very professional each visit and easy to talk to, and let us know how things should be running and even how to troubleshoot a few things that we can do ourselves. Everything was through our home warranty program, however I did call their office once to see if they could come back out and they were very polite and accommodating. Overall a very good experience!

I've had two experiences with JP so far and they've both been great. The staff is polite, personable, and deliver exceptional service. I would recommend them many times over! Three hours ago I called them sweating. They sent someone out. He worked quickly and efficiently and now my previously useless AC is pumpin' out cool air. Thank you much!

10/10!! Our sink needed a clean out and we needed help before our kitchen became a dirty dish stockpile. I called them at 9am thinking I’d need to set up an appointment a few days out, but I was ecstatic that they were able to show up at noon the same day! Josh was very friendly and extremely knowledgable. He figured out the problem right away and was above and beyond in his service! I would highly recommend JP and will definitely call them again for any further issues!! I forgot to add in my initial post that the woman taking the calls and setting up appointments was great!! She was incredibly friendly and helpful which is honestly one of the most important steps in the whole process of service calls, as it sets a great tone when I’m already stressed about my situation. She bumps my score up to 11/10 haha.

Mike did an excellent job at coming to my rescue quickly. My dishwasher was overflowing at a fast pace. His work was top notch! I'm so thankful that he came in a short period of time after my emergency call. JP's customer service was excellent. Joy helped me on the phone right away. She even gave me a call back later to let me know additional information for Service Master. I'm so happy that I've found my new plumbing and heating service. Keep up the great work!!

They (Nick) replaced my tub with walkin shower, fully trimmed out, very neat, efficient and courteous.
