Nathan Lamb did an excellent job for us. He was on time. He was competent. He was polite. I highly recommend him as well as Ben Franklin plumbing. We also had had Casey Wilson do some plumbing work for us. Likewise, he also did an excellent job. We are really impressed with both men and with Ben Franklin Plumbing.
Have gotten a bill detailing service that was not done at my home. I have called 3 times and left messages for the ‘one’ person who ‘knows about the billing’ and have yet to (in 6 months now) get a SINGLE call back. Beware, folks! Pick someone else! If I can get a call back, and we can get a proper bill to me, I’ll be glad to modify my review to reflect my satisfaction of what was actually done the day they were at my home. Lets see if this works to get someone to call me, because messages at their office sure don’t!
