I was recommended this place based on their honesty and trustworthiness and I couldn’t agree more after my experience - we need more companies like this that do what’s right for the customer. I was almost taken by a larger HVAC company for almost $1800 for a fix that wasn’t guaranteed to work or $9500 on an all-new system when my current one is 7 years old. Getting this second opinion gave me a $150 fix and if I needed anything else they would be happy to help – For what its worth they could do the same $1800 work for $375. I couldn’t be happier with how well I was treated. Not only did they go out of their service area to help me but they did it in a timely fashion – next day. We've used Bendon before and thought they did a wonderful job. Called them twice and talked to a person there and never got a call back either time. Very frustrating because we wanted to work with them...

I would give 0 stars to this company if I could. We were scheduled a nearly a month ago to have a service done and they cancelled due to being backed up with weather. We let them know we understood and were told they'd get ahold of us to reschedule. Over a week went by without a call, at which point we contacted them again. Scheduled and then they had a death in the family. Completely understandable, but they scheduled us another week out. They then cancelled on us due to "an emergency situation", over an hour after they were already supposed to be at our home. I am a very understanding person when it comes to emergencies and other unexpected unfortunates, but our appointments were not seen as a priority and the communication and follow up was absolutely terrible. Meanwhile, we had to miss work periods at our jobs to make these appointments that were cancelled last minute and is impacting an insurance policy we have been trying to put in place with our carrier. I love to try and support small business, but this is not one I will be trying to work with again.

Was referred to this company by HSA after a pipe burst in our wall. This was the only one that could make it out within the week. Matt was very professional and fixed it very quickly. Was very impressed with this company. A++
