Menehune Water Company Inc

I liked their water before moving to Oahu so we chose Menehune to get their water delivered regularly without hesitation when we moved here. Quality of water is still good and satisfying but their billing is nightmare. They keep making mistakes and I don't know how many times we have had to call them so far to correct. I am writing this review holding another statement with a mistake. Seriously... . So, I give three stars despite the quality of the water.

We've been with Menehune for over 3 years and we love the water, but it is the supportive customer service that makes it easier to maintain our loyalty. Customer Service Representative Jaide refused to lose me as a customer this past weekend during a situation which the company is in the process of resolving. Jaide has exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with amazing critical thinking aptitude and because of her my family will maintain loyalty to Menehune. Jaide should receive some type of recognition for keeping our allegiance to the company. Please also thank Jessica (customer service), Chad (sales), Will (driver) Serena and Dean (supervisor). Great prices and delivery for water. If you ever have to pick up there, only street parking, but the guys helped bring bottles to the car. Awesome service.
