I just used Master Plumbing Of Tennessee to replace two toilets in my home and I am absolutely thrilled with the work and overall professionalism of this company. Glenn was my technician and he was just excellent. He explained everything, went to work quickly and left the bathroom maybe even cleaner than before!!! I was looking for a plumber with the especial knowledge in tank less water heaters. I found a few, but they all wanted too much money just to trouble shoot the unit. I found Glenn and made an appointment. He called in advance to let me know he was on his way to meet me. I was very happy with his knowledge about the tank less units. He fixed some of the mistakes from the previous installers, and I was very happy with his worker and his service. If you have a tank less water heater Glenn is the one you should call for service or installation.

On-time, replaced my garbage disposal, checked bathroom leak, repaired a cracked, dislodged pipe. Explained everything. Was professional, no non-sense, and cordial. He was a nice guy who did exactly what was asked. With so many subpar, con-artists, flaky, rude workers there are, I want to recognize the good ones who get it and do the job right and put the customer in the center. I picked this company because of their perfect reviews and I want to now put my stamp of approval as well.

Had a broken pipe outside my house and they fixed it promptly and professionally.  Price seemed fair to me and work done well. Would use again if I had any more plumbing needs I rate you 5 star because you performed excellently.

My daughter discovered a leak coming from our plumbing attic. I went up and discovered a solder joint leak in one our pipe valves connected to our tankless water heater. I called Master Plumbing Of Tennessee and the gentleman said he would have someone out in 1 1/2 hours. His guy arrived in an hour examined the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour. We averted a potential catastrophe since pipe was minutes from bursting. Professional and very courteous. Guy took his shoes off to enter our home. Very good service.
