INTERNATIONAL SEPTIC TANK SERVICE

This company is amazing! Joel the owner is very professional and after speaking with him I learned he is a 3rd generation in the business! He used to work for Bowen’s Septic and then decided to go out on his own. He knows his job very well and take much pride in his work! I would recommended this company for sure! There are no hidden fees and they are very up front with you if you are having septic trouble and need more done than just pumping.

They overcharged me for the filter. i would not recommend this company. They charged me an extra $250.00 for a filter. i went online and have yet to see a septic tank filter that cost more than $60. And yes they charged me for their chemicals.

*** DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE *** If I could give this business 0 stars I would have. I contacted them for a routine pumping of our septic after seeing a coupon in the shopper. I was hesitant to use a coupon company but they were local and BBB accredited so I called them. After needing to reschedule my appointment due to the snow/ice storms they came out to clean. Everything was going ok except for the fact that I really didn't appreciate the third degree one of the men was giving me about how long we had lived at our home and what kind of toilet paper we used, etc. When they left (after getting an extra $125 to clean my filter) I thought everything was fine. I wasn't dissatisfied. BUT when I got a phone call from my husband later that day telling me that my FIL had noticed that both of our hoses were pouring water. The men had used our hoses for who knows what reason and left both of them (front spout and back spout) running for 7 HOURS!! I have repeatedly contacted this company about this and after being told several times that the owner would call me back (because he's a "busy man") NO ONE has ever called me back. I just paid a $75 water bill because of these people without so much as an I'm sorry. But you better believe they had my check cleared from my bank by the next day. I will be filing a complaint to the BBB. Horrible customer service.

Very professional crew. Repairs & cleaning done at a fair price.

This is a horrible company, haphazard and reckless. I called them to routinely pump out our septic tank after seeing their ad in the MTM Shopper. The owner and a helper arrived for a routine septic tank pumping as a matter of maintenance. Upon seeing that we had lawn irrigation, the owner stated that they would not be responsible if they hit our irrigation line, that it happens, but not very often. They proceeded to dig up our entire side yard merely to pump the tank, and indeed did sever the irrigation line. They would have severed our irrigation line a second time had I not been there watching and yelled for them to stop. They tried to upsell me on chemicals, which I declined, but they did manage to gouge me on the price of a filter, all the while telling me that they were giving me a terrific price. And to add insult to injury, when backfilling the huge holes they dug, they took their gloves off, threw them in the hole and buried them in my yard. Steer clear of this company.
