Do not use this company. HORRIBLE! I have a home warranty contract and I needed my hot water heater replaced. It's a small 50 gal water heater for a one bedroom condo. It took him a week to come out and look at it. He told me the charge would be $489 to do the work. I called the home warranty company and they said he quoted them $419 to do the work. Additional labor to remove the water heater $150.00 Water line modification $175 Disposal Fee $94 When i spoke to Eric about it he quoted me different numbers. When i asked him where he was getting the numbers he said it's in the pricing guide. When i asked him who's pricing guide he uses, he said Phillips Plumbing. That's his company. He's Eric Phillips.

Had terrible customer experience. I would have read all the other reviews and not even have bothered calling. Too bad It came via my warranty company.

Horrible! Do not use this company. I used them through my warranty company and got NOTHING but wasted time and money. Save yourself the trouble and call someone else. 0 stars

This guy is the absolute worst. Do not use this company. He called my wife about the plumbing issue then asked me how I got his number after we talked the day before. Long story short he told me to get another plumber. Lol...Absolutely terrible and horrible customer service.

Do not use the company. Had a service order by my warranty and the plumber did not mention that he does not take credit card when we made the appointment. He walked right out the house and said call someone else. Terrible customer service.
