Let me tell you a wonderful story of how your experience with Randal Lowe Plumbing will go. First, they'll give you a day and a 4 hour window of when they'll show up. You're going to believe them, so you'll take a day off to wait and let them in. When they don't show up for the first 3.5 hours of the 4 hour window, you'll call them and they'll tell you that they'll still make it within the 4 hour window, despite it expiring in 30min. Naturally, the 4 hour window will expire and you won't hear a word from Randal Lowe Plumbing. You'll call 3 or 4 more times and operator will tell you all she can do is message someone. Finally, they'll show up without a call some 2 hours past the scheduled window. They'll walk in, take a look at your toilet, flush it once, and tell you it's the brand of the toilet that doesn't flush. Then, they'll leave. You'll go to bed fantasizing about what you could've done with your day off instead of hopelessly waiting on Randal. And just before you fall asleep, you'll remember that you not only wasted a day of your life, but your toilet is still as broken as it was yesterday. Fin
I actually work at this here I've been here for about 3 years now and I absolutely love it. There's plenty of work to go around there's never a lack. The offer of overtime hours is always on the table and we mainly do new construction , warranty service work, Rough-ins and underground plumbing (sewer, septic). We got good pricing and a good service department with knowledgeable technicians. Check us out.
If I could give zero stars, I would! We having been dealing with Randall Lowe Plumbing for 2 years on a new construction. We have hot water about 25% of the time on a consistent basis. We rarely have to turn the cold water on and turn the hot water all the way up to get luke warm water. They have removed valves, replaced parts, flushed the system, etc., but it ALWAYS comes back to "you have hard water and need a whole house filtration/softening system". I find it very odd that out of a subdivision of 100+ homes, there is only one other home having the same issue as us and low behold they are being given the same line about having hard water. How did we get so lucky????? We are now going to find a Plumbing Company that wants and can actually get to the root of the problem. Albeit we will have to pay out of pocket for services and whatever work, parts, etc. that needs to be done to have hot water, it is important to be finished with this 2 year nightmare and finally have peace of mind! I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs!
This company is not true to their work. I have a warranty issue and I have wasted 2 days waiting on them to show up. They even called to let me know they on the way and never show up. The appointments are always scheduled from 12- 4pm. That way if they don't show up, they are already closed for the day. Would not recommend them.
Stay away from this company. They refuse to do repairs on their own work after warranty period expires. Piping to water heater began leaking and their name is plastered all over water heater and they refused to come even look at it due to me falling just outside warranty period.
