Christian and Jeremiah did a fantastic job removing our old system and installing the new heating and air system. They arrived in a timely manner and worked very efficiently. We were surprised at how quickly they had the system up and running on this “90 something” day in August. Great overall job.

Jordan and Brad went out of their way to make sure our new ac installation was both technically and aesthetically amazing. They offered thorough information and options. They made sure we were happy with the work and that we understood what was done and had all of our questions answered. They were also very careful and cleaned up afterward. This is my second experience with Estes. I did not hesitate to call them the second time when my air conditioning wasn't working properly. I have two units. They replaced the first one three years ago. Because of the professionalism, timeliness, and great service that I received the first time, the call that I had to make was a no-brainer. The technicians that I had this time were Carlos and Giovanni. From the time I greeted them at the door until the time they left, I was completely satisfied with their performance and work ethic. They both were very courteous. The job was completed in a timely manner. They were not bothered if I had any questions (which there were only one or two). Sam Rhone, the comfort analyst completely explained everything prior to the job. As fate would have it, Sam was the analyst I had the first time. I have nothing but great things to say about Estes and the level of customer satisfaction I have received from them. I would refer them without hesitation.

Ever heard of the "A-Team"? Well, Estes Heating and Air has one. Jordan and Brad are an unbelievable pair when it comes to AC and Heating installation. They are professionals with a "step-up" touch. Looks good, works good; lasts a long time should be this team's motto. Estes no doubt has many pro caliber installers; but if you are lucky enough to get the A-Team, considered yourself privileged. I am a mechanical engineer by trade and this team's installation work is a professional; attention to details install.

Marcus and Jacob installed two a/c units on July 6, 2019. It was a holiday weekend and Marcus & Jacob were polite and professional while working outside and in a hot attic. The units were expertly installed and are working just fine. I have been using Estes Services for several years and their workers have always been timely, knowledgeable, polite & professional. I will continue to use Estes for my heating & cooling services.
