Very disappointed with my bill today. I had two 3/4" ball valves leaking and Hill sent two techs to do the job and charged me a service charge and a fuel charge when I live five minutes away. Ray Goodman needs to operate with the customer in mind. They did respond right away, but this wasn't an emergency.
