Casey Wilson came in and updated my kitchen and bathroom faucets today, he also fixed my outside spicots. Really nice guy,very respectful and friendly. After the work he did clean up any mess. I would recommend Casey and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone.
We had a leak near our water meter. I called at about noon and they had a team out by 4pm the same day. The team, led by Nick, was professional and quickly diagnosed our problem. The estimate was fair and they were able to make the repairs immediately. We discussed other concerns we had with the time it takes to get hot water to our master bath. They looked at our system and provided a quote for improvements that would increase our hot water availability. We scheduled them to come out in a few days to install the new equipment. I would definitely recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing.
During a particularly rainy weekend we had a septic overflow which caused a blockage and needed an emergency plumber fast. Dispatch got us scheduled quickly and the serviceman came even sooner than expected. Nathan Lamb proved to be very professional and knowledgeable, pinpointing the problem and solving it rapidly, at a fair price. He also gave practical advice and recommendations on septic tank service. Our experience with plumbers in the past hasn’t been great, but we would not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again. Keep up the good work!
