This plumbing company gave me a very good response time. Ben and his assistant were knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. They went above and beyond what I had expected they would do. They also gave me some good preventative plumbing advice. Thanks for a job well done.

When I called to see about getting someone to come look at my ac they lady on the phone was so nice and was able to get a technician out right away. They were able to fix my unit at the same time as the initial visit. I am extremely happy with the results. He explained everything that he found and even showed me pictures. It a while for him to fix it, but I don't think anybody else could have done any better. I will definitely used them again in the future.

Good service! Accidentally called another company first who did not fix the problem and was going to put us off for 2 days. The office staff was rude on the phone. Called Rooter-Man and the office staff was courteous. The Technician came out quickly and fixed the problem. The Technician was courteous even with the nasty job he had.

This was the fourth person the check my toilet for weak flush. WOW! It was awesome to hear a real flush with no leaks by the time The technician was done. I was so please until I allowed the technician to return the next day to upgrade the other two bathrooms in my home with the 17 inch commodes. He cleaned up after completing the work. I am very pleased.
