Often we are in a constant search for a reputable service vendor to help us through our days. Unfortunately, we seldom receive the level of service we hope for despite the costs paid. In this case I had the distinct pleasure of receiving OUTSTANDING service at a fair price! The two techs, Dominick and his assistant (army vet) did a fantastic job of explaining the issue, the recommendation and why and a thorough test of my system. It was the best money i have spent on a repair in quite some time. This is the second time Reliable Heating and Air has helped me. I called during this heat wave and their service manager was able to juggle and get me in. Another big thanks as I have been sleeping in 80 degree room temps. NOT good. If you need a competent and professional HVAC outfit, give them a try. They do the right thing. Not just “flip compressors”. Outstanding service, outstanding techs. In today's world of service, I am almost surprised when I have a pleasant experience. The two men who came out to repair my AC were polite, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I am grateful for Reliable and the positive experience I had today. I only had to wait a couple of hours for them to arrive after I made my request. I would recommend Reliable to anyone.

My appointment was scheduled between the hours of 1pm - 5pm today and I had to contact the company at 5:30pm when no one had showed up or called to find out if someone was still going to come out. The Technician showed up at 7pm (2 hours late) to tell me that my furnace was old (which I already knew) and should be replaced. I was then referred to a sales rep who stated he would stop by after his call in Covington was completed to give me a quote on a new furnace but never called or showed up...
