Our community in West Midtown had a busted pipe under our main entrance driveway. Bo Brewer came out and handled the job with politeness, professionalism, knowledge, insight, and was very informative. He is very thorough and meticulous. He works until the job is done properly. Definitely an asset to this company.

They came as soon as we reported a problem and fixed it all within an hour. Quick, excellent service from Bo and Devin. Highly recommend their services!

Awful customer service and owner is a total jerk if you ever have to deal with him. Threaten to charge more for materials just for asking for a breakdown of prices. I never asked for a payment plan, I only asked for a breakdown of the price per hour and materials. The Plumber spent two additional hours going back and forth to the hardware store to get said materials. To top it off, we still had to adjust the main regulator on our own after the work was completed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Excellent service from Gary, my plumber with Go Rapid. I have worked with Gary for a few years. He installed a new water heater and pressure regulator valve for me. It made a huge difference in the quality of my water here in my new home. He and his colleague also made sure that the job was done properly, quickly and efficiently -- and with no mess left behind. I will use them again for future repairs or installations in my new home in East Cobb.
