Darin Strange Plumbing Inc

I talked to him on the phone and explained my issue/question. He told me to call him the next week and he would come by and take a look. After repeatedly trying to get a hold of him and leaving messages, I finally gave up and am trying to find a different plumber. I wanted to give him my business because he was recommended by a friend of mine. Unfortunately he apparently doesn't need business. Unfortunately I have to at least give 1 star in order to post this honest review...

Awesome guy! Did a great job and has reasonable prices! Definitely recommend

I would give 0 stars if that was possible! I can't even rate his plumbing work because he never showed up! Completely stood me up. I am so disappointed in this company. I am not sure how much longer they will be able to survive on their utter lack of basic business skills. NEVER USE

After a nice long conversation about multiple plumbing needs, immediate and future, Darin was to come out the next week at his convenience. That was 3 weeks ago. I finally had to get someone else on the job. It was only about $5,000 worth of work, but I don't appreciate being stood up with not even a phone call to reschedule . Do not recommend for the sake of leaving me hanging, but perhaps he does great work if one can get him to show up.

Darin didn't have the part needed for my shower and didn't know who had the right fitting. he kept looking and two weeks later he finally found it. He never gave up and always had our best interests at heart. Came over and fixed it and it still works perfectly. Thanks Darin.
