Gene French and his crew arrived at the specified time. Septic was evaluated and found in good working condition. Tank was pumped with work completed in a timely fashion. These men were very nice! They answered all of my questions while they were pumping the septic tank in my backyard. I asked pricing on other jobs and their rates are the best in my area. I had used another plumbing company a couple of years ago with no luck and the worst "fix" and these guys told me how they could fix it. I will be calling them again once we are ready to work on our field lines and more. Thank you for being awesome today. Also, they said they would be there at my house before 11AM, I got a call at 8:56AM and they were there in the 30 minutes they stated they would be. Wonderful and didn't waste time.
