We were connected with All Pro through HomeAdvisor and they were awesome! They were very prompt in reaching out to us to find out our needs. She scheduled is immediately. Chad and James arrived at the scheduled time. Chad was extremely thorough. He reviewed our current septic system and reviewed the needs and maintenance. He was very kind and courteous. He was very patient and explained in great detail the service we needed and was upfront with the cost. Chad kept me updated on all of the progress. We will definitely have them come back in 3 years to pump out tank!

You could not ask for a better company to trust! Great work and prices! Ask for Jason he will not let you down. Jason is truthfull and very reasonable! He explains what needs to be done and is trustworthy to get the job done correctly.

Made an appointment for service and confirmed appointment for the next day. Appointment time was scheduled with an eta of 9am-11am. I gave all pro a call at 10am to make sure they where still arriving between 9am-11am, I was told to hold tight one moment and he will call me right back for an eta. 1045am no call back. I called from 1045-1130 leaving messages and no one picked up the phone. My wife called from a different number and what do you know. .. Not only did he answer the phone but he had the nerves to called her back. I will never use this company. A simple reschedule would have been fine with me instead of having me wait around for them. No thank you. Why am I forced to give any ????, if I could put none I would.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A RATING, I WOULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 10. THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE MENDACIOUS, UNPRINCIPLED BEINGS WHO SADISTICALLY DECIEVE PEOPLE. THE EMPLOYEE DUG UP THE TANK AND LEFT IT EXPOSED UNDER ALL THE UNDRAINED WATER. IT HAS BEEN OVER A SIGNIFICANT PERIOD OF TIME AND IT IS STILL IN THE SAME CONDITION. THE COMPANY LEFT THE JOB UNCOMPLETE. NEVER AGAIN, WILL WE INTERACT WITH SUCH VILE INDIVIDUALS.

Quoted a price of $225.00 and I was informed that digging deeper than 12 inches was an additional fee, so I thought thats not too bad. Once the friendly staff arrived, they increased the bill to $650.00. I agreed to the price because I have a hole in yard. The friendly tech called for the pump truck and it was out of order. I undertand things happen but I was promised that it would be pumped the next day. Instead, someone called to tell me, they had other emergencies and had to re-schedule for the next day. I was billed for the digging, which was about 18 inches 125.00. I went with another company and they charge 375.00 total everything out the door. Which includes digging regardless 12 or 18 inches deep. Again, the staff was friendly however you better be able to deliver on the service if you plan on over-charging customers.
