On the day after Christmas, I woke up to a leak dripping into my downstairs den. I assumed it was a leak from an upstairs bathroom and call Glenn's to send someone to the rescue. When the guys came, they quickly identified the source of the leak as the vent on the roof draining down the pipe into the lower level. Even though it was raining - as it did for days - they climbed onto my roof and covered the leaking vent pipe with a tarp to keep out the rain and to stop the leak. I appreciated their extra efforts, especially since I had a house full of out-of-town family. Thanks for going above and beyond the call of duty!
