I needed a quote for a complete rebuild on the porch and back deck at my dad’s estate property. The house will be up for sale shortly and we wanted to give the buyer an allowance for repairs as well as contacts with local companies that would be willing to do the work. We had an appointment this afternoon with Antonio, who, after a call confirming that this quote wouldn’t lead to work, (but who’s really to say) didn’t show up. I got a call from Maria in the office letting me know he was not interested in providing the quote. Although he made it seem as if he was on the way. Here’s a note: you don’t get 100% of the jobs you don’t give quotes to. I was very upset to have had mine and my families time wasted just to not waste his time. I’m sorry to have this reflect on the company itself, but first impressions are everything afterall.
