Called to have a water heater turned on, got told they would do it, ITS FEBRUARY! Not only did no one show up at all but after the 10am call we called again every hour after noon until closing time and no one answered a single call using 3 different phones to try to get one number answered! Very upset, very disappointed and my children both of whom are under 1 1/2 yrs old are suffering! All we heard were good things but this is NOT anywhere near what we expected!
