Wonderful company! Called and spoke with Stephanie 2 days ago, to get our septic tank pumped. She was friendly, and called me to let me know when the technician was on his way. He was friendly, efficient, punctual, and professional. I would absolutely, without hesitation, refer this company to others. They have our business!

Waited 12 hours for someone when was told "a couple of hours" then guy shows up and knocks a hole in my pipe, caused MORE damage than i already had, charges me 140 and pretty much tells me im screwed. Wanted to charge me MORE to return and do god knows what.. I called another plumber and they fixed the issues in 15 minutes. I wouldnt recommend this company to my enemyI

I called them on a Friday to schedule an appointment. I got on the schedule for Tuesday morning( they said I would be his first job that morning). This worked great for my schedule cause it would be another week before I could be home during business hours. Well, Tuesday morning gets here and by 11am no one has shown up. So I call. They said they tried calling that morning to confirm and no one answered. They used the wrong area code to try to call me. After that, she told me that they weren’t gonna drive 20 minutes out of their way not knowing if I’m there. I have been without gas for a week now and it’s gonna be another week before I get it fixed all because they couldn’t be bothered to show up for an appointment.

I called them, they came out as soon as possible, very professional highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks drain masters !!!
