Excellent!! I wish had them out to inspect my plumbing before I bought the house instead of the home inspector. Very knowledgeable and explained why I needed to replace the part (I already spent a few days wrenching on it to try to fix it) Part was necessary. I will continue to call them for any plumbing issue in my house and my rental property. Exceed expectations...

Dont use this company ever again. They told me I had to re pipe the whole house and they were the lowest. After the fact, my fault, I found out the were about 2400 over priced. I paid 5200. When the job was going on I walked into the house to find the supervisor completely reclined in my sons lazyboy. He didnt seem to care that I found him like that. So unprofessional. They had to cut a few holes in the wall and said additional 300 to repair holes. So still have holes. Then 2 days later shower leaking, toilet leaking. Instead of calling them back I called someone else and he said that the items he had to fix should have been included in the re piping. Never again. Be aware people. Ripped off.

We have used Aquanaut Plumbing for several years. They have never disappointed us. Everyone that is sent from Aquanaut is professional, friendly and knows what they need to do. The most important thing they have going is that they are honest and look for the least expensive fix for any problem! We would not use any one else! GREAT JOB GUYS!

Top notch. All the guys were very professional and personable. . Great cleanup after the job was done. They were able to assess and fix my problem without any issues. I highly recommend them to anybody.

I had a difficult time finding an available plumber. Aquanaut was the 3rd company I called. The were prompt in getting someone to my house. It appeared I had 2 different leaks in my water line. I was given 2 options. The first option was to fix the 2 leaks at an estimated $600. My second option was to completely replace the water line from the meter to the house at a cost of approximately $2000. The technician was at my house less than 10 minutes. I was undecided on which option I would be going with, and we left it at that I would decide before they headed to my house the next morning. I decided to call around for estimates. The first estimate was $800 less than the $2000 Aquanaut quoted me. I don't think many people would go with the higher cost. That being said, I got in touch with Aquanaut and let them know I would be using someone else for my repair. I was then charged their minimum fee of $105 for the minuscule amount of time for their brief (less than 10 minutes) consultation. I completely understand being paid for your time, but the rate of $600/hour is obscene. The company was not willing to make any concessions and they will never get my business again (I was a repeat customer). If I am asked to recommend a plumber, I will never recommend this company.
