Goss Plumbing & Drain Company, LLC

Goss plumbing and drain is the worst company that I have ever done business with. They were sent out here by American Home Shield warranty company. It was discovered that I needed a new water heater. The owner Mike McGregor is the plumber who installed two in a series. Unfortunately he was unlicensed at the time of the work and wired one heater incorrectly to the breaker box. Instead of wiring the water heater for 220 it was wired as 110. He also burned 3 of 4 heating elements by dry firing them. One of the water heaters that was hooked up came with a manufacturers defect that could have caught fire. This also was not caught by Mike. I called Goss to come and repair it and another plumber from there was sent and discovered all of the above. However it has been 5 weeks in the making with me getting the run around and still no replacement. Also, Mike has yet to call and address anything with us. You do not want to business with these people.

First repair could have burned my house down. Second appointment was completely forgotten by them. Third repair was two hours late.

This company was hired to install faucets he did not tighten the faucet up and they are leaking. He was also hired to install a free standing bath tub and and shower system the shower system was install incorrectly, and he did not install the the standing fixture for the tub correctly we had to higher another plumber to come in and redo the shower. which meant cutting a hole into a wall. We also had to come had to come back behind him to clean up his mess. he cost us time and money on the project. We will not hire him again.
