Phoned Darrin and he was courteous and friendly. He gave me the price over the phone and he got me scheduled. The next day Justin arrived on time and was also very courteous and friendly. These two gentlemen were just a pleasure to deal with. They were the type of folks that truly appreciate your business and not just see you as $$ in their eyes. Justin did the work in a very timely manner and cleaned up to a tee! Good work Justin! I'm back in business again with hot water and now, it's my choice to take a cold shower again! Darrin was efficient and explained our options clearly. I love that he did not push the most expensive option, but rather the solution that would work best for us. We called first thing Monday morning and had a new hot water heater (and hot showers) by 4 pm the same day.
