Great company! this was my first time with Prime Plumbing, American Home Shield assigned me to this company for a second opinion on my water heater, I had such a better all around experience with this company, they came out quick and replaced my water heater for 150 dollars cheaper than the previous company. Also provided same day service because i had been without hot water for a week! I am so glad I requested a second opinion and was truly blessed to have it be with Prime Plumbing. If you are looking for a plumber i totally recommend them!

This company is one of the best! I put in a work order Through American home shield and I was put on the schedule for the next day! Techs arrived on time, and were very polite and professional! They Fixed my leaky toilet fast and efficiently! Thanks Prime Plumbing!

I am very pleased with this company. I put in an emergency service request at 4 a.m Sunday morning, there was a state liscensed plumber at my home at 5:30 a.m! Keep in mind I have called 3 other companies prior to prime plumbing all to be let down saying there was nothing they could do until Monday @ 8! So I was very pleased to say the least when Prime Plumbing arrived an hour later to provide emergency service. Exceptional customer service.

They were sent out 7/1/19 by HSA to fix a problem with our water heater, and said they couldn't fix it that day, they needed to file with HSA, order parts come back later. He said HSA would call us back, but we never heard from them, and when I called HSA they had no paperwork from him on the visit. Now his voicemail is full, the main line is "temporarily unavailable", and email bounces back. It looks like this isn't the first time they have dropped the ball on customer service! Hopefully they will resolve the issue, I'll update if they do. ** update - 7/4/19 - this company marked our repair as complete and closed the ticket with HSA, when they didn't fix anything at all, and we have no way of contacting them as the phone is still "temporarily unavailable". Do not do business with this company!

This company replaced my water heater. The staff was incredible, i had several questions and their office staff and tech was able to answer each and everyone. this company told me they were anywhere from 100-200 dollars cheaper than any other company to install a WH, me being me, i i call around to confirm this and was impressed to find out that was in-fact true. if you are needing a plumbing i highly recommend!
