Very poor service, came out and didn't have a pump. Opened lid and said didn't have to pump. Said he cleaned filter. Another septic service came out and said he did not clean filter to correct slow moving system. Other septic service did a great job redoing Ables work.

We had them come out and he dug up to get to our septic tank for a clean out. He busted our water line and was going to leave, telling us to call a plumber. My husband insisted he call a plumber and finally he did. Once he opened our septic tank, he cleaned it it(we thought). We started having trouble a couple of days ago and another septic company came out and said we had 2 kids on our tank which he never opened, then when he put the one lid back down after the cleaning, left a 5-6 inch gap between the 2 lids. We are now having liquid coming up through the gap. He never touched the other lid and we didn’t know we had 2 lids so it’s not we could have called him out on it. But he knew. And to save time, never even touched it and that gap may be causing our problems now. We are having a guy come out again tomorrow who will check for sure what’s going on. Whatever you do, NEVER use these people. They will only cause you problems and take your money. Lazy disgusting service that I hope so many people find out about, they end up closing. Sad you can’t find an honest company to do a job right.
