Can’t say enough about his company! I live in another state and needed work at my moms house. They were able to fix the problem promptly and at a great price. I have used Madden Plumbing for a few years now. They installed a new hot water heater and some other plumbing task around the house. Last night I tried on my own to replace the pressure regulator in my home. I completely screwed up, even snapped a pipe. This was 7:30 pm on Friday. I called the number for Madden and it went to a company voicemail. I hadnt even had time to finish the message and someone was calling me back. Not just some operator or calling service, THE OWNER! I explained what I had done and he said he'd get a technician out ASAP. A technician showed up at my house at 9 pm. Chad did EXCELLENT work and was very friendly. Fixed my plumbing error and had water restored to the house in an hour. Also, I was worried about having an emergency charge for plumbing, but it was very reasonable. I honestly cannot say enough about how great this company and its employees treat me. We will be loyal customers for a long time. Also, I wont do any self repairs any more.
I was very please with the service from start to finish. After contacting several other places they were the only one to keep their appointment and was able to give me estimate and complete the job in a little over a week. Very professional and completely cleaned up after the job was done!!
