William came out to help us, and was amazing! He was very kind and educated us on what he was doing as he went along. The assessment he did was free, and we called around...United Installers was the only company who could make a same day consultation, and there was no fee...while another company was going to charge us $35. If we have any plumbing issues in the future, we will call United Installers first!
