The men who came were very nice and it only took them less than 15 minutes to put on an adapter. The part cost $9.75 and I was charged 144.00 for labor and the part. I heard the service man call the office to find out the charge and heard him say put one and half hours on the bill. When I called the office I was told that was standard procedure for calls. I feel I was charged too much and will not call this place again.
