We needed to replace our master bathroom tub and shower valve. Bill was the tech they sent. Very professional and made us feel comfortable to have the work done. By the end of the process, we actually became to be on the first name basis. Would recommend this company. Thanks for the hard and clean work

This is my 3rd time with Ben Franklin Plumbing and I love them totally. 2nd time with Bill who is extremely polite and very knowledgeable and caring. He fixed my shower a month ago and today he installed a brand new chair height toilet. I love Ben Franklin Plumbing all the people are so caring and understanding and just regular people out to help you not to take advantage of you....will continue to use them and will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you Bill for making me feel comfortable and happy with my decisions.

From the start of my emergency phone call, the soft sweet spoken lady helped me by making me feel comfortable with sharing my problems to her and got me an appointment the same day! She was a great listener and easy to talk to. I thank you! Also, Mr. Bill was very knowledgeable and clear with showing me in detail what the problem was and how he would fix it. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable around him while he worked. I was impressed at how efficient and clean he got everything back intact. I will definitely use them again, as well as send everyone their way for plumbing needs. I appreciate everything!

We had a leak in our wall and ceiling due to some poor construction choices from our home's builder, but Bill came by the same day and fixed them both up. He was very helpful, kind, and knowledgable. He even stayed late to make sure everything was good. We will definitely call again with any other plumbing issues.

My sewer line had roots in it along with problems from the way it was installed on rocks when the house was built in 1998 and had to be replaced. Plumbers where great. Bill and Juan kept me informed thru every step of the process. Very professional and competent. Displayed a genuine concern for my emergency and getting my family temporary service until the problem could be fixed completely. Price was better than fair compared to local competitors, totally explained and itemized for understanding. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin especially if all their staff are as good as the ones I met.
