The guys that came out to the service call we're awesome and super helpful. It took months to get a bill and you can't pay them with a debit or credit card which is the only way we pay bills these days so once the bill fell thru the cracks, the lady who calls to try and collect money was EXTREMELY rude. I tried to explain to her the circumstances as to why we haven't paid, she started to yell at me and told me that next time we are without water, she hopes we stay without water and then hung up on me. Very poor customer service and not very understanding.
They are prompt, efficient and very reliable
Always fast to come out, concerned about our livestock if we didn't have water in summer. Polite, friendly, professional, reasonable charges. Best plumbing and well company we /ever/ worked with. Thank you.
