Came out quickly and fixed our problem (cleared roots from septic system and pumped it out). Communicated well and clearly. Delivered on promises. Would use again.
Completed work for me in December, 2018. I called in January, 2019 because the issue was not resolved. I was told that the tech would call to schedule. Instead, the tech showed up at my home while I was at work. I tried to contact the company to schedule a time for the tech to come out, left several messages, yet received no call back from the office manager. No common courtesy and such a lack of professionalism. In response to the owner... Clearly, you were misinformed. The only technician who came out was Eric. During the initial visit, he removed the broken pump, complained about the previous installer’s work, and said a new pump would be installed within the week. I was told that the new pump would hopefully resolve the issue.Since we are going into details, the hole was left uncovered and cigarette butts were thrown in my yard. My husband and I ended up covering the hole with a tarp in order to keep as much rain out as possible. As far as pumping the pump chamber free of charge, it only needed pumping because they left the hole uncoveed and it rained for a week. It was pumped by hand, not requiring the truck. Eric never even looked at the drain field to he able to determine whether or not it needed replacing. When he returned the next week to install the pump, we were told that if the alarm went off, we were to unplug the pump. Mid-January, the alarm went off so the pump was unplugged and a call was made to your office. Jeff, the pump guy called me about coming out to pump. I reminded him of where we lived and that the tank was deep. He told me he wasn’t going to hand-dig the hole and would have to bring in equipment. The next week, Maggie contacted me, asking about payment for the pump job. I informed her that the work wasn’t done and I hadn’t heard back from Jeff about bringing out equipment to dig. She said she would have him contact me. The next day, January 24th, I received a message at 12:29pm from Jeff, letting me know he was on his way to my house. I am self-employed and I have a very flexible schedule. If given notice, I could easily arrange to be home at a specific time. If an appointment was scheduled for 3:00, why do I have a message from Jeff at 12:30, saying he was on his way? Fast forward to this past week. I called your office and left messages on Monday, March 18th, Thursday March 21st at 9:38am and again at 5:30pm, and the following day. I received ZERO calls back from your office. It was only after I found Jeff’s number and called him that I was told that y’all had decided you didn’t want to deal with my issue because I wasn’t home when your guy showed up, unannounced, on January 24th. Last week, when messages were left, I stated if y’all weren’t able to help me out, please just call back and let me know so I could find someone else. I never heard from anyone until after I posted this review. It wasn’t the office manager, it was Eric who called me back, scolding me for not unplugging the pump, which we had done, then claiming this was the first he had heard about our issue. Eric was unprofessional and condescending on the phone. As far as it taking you several weeks to contact me because of my work schedule, that simply isn’t true. I contacted you in January about the issue, spoke to Jeff and was told he would need to bring out equipment. You only reached out to me when you thought I hadn’t paid. During that same phone call on January 23rd, you said Jeff would call me to schedule. After the so-called 3:00 visit scheduled on the 24th, you never reached out to me again. Instead, you ignored my calls. As far as not being held accountable for your customers failing to adhere to recommendations, we did as we were told. We unplugged the pump and called the office. We don’t know if the pump is burned out or if the drain field needs replacing because we aren’t professionals, we just know that the system isn’t working properly.
