We were having plumbing/septic issues. We called Monday morning and by noon that day Bobby was at our house, determined to find out what the issue was. He was able to figure it out and although Scott's was not able to address our issue, they helped us get someone set up that could. Bobby was also great in sharing tips to prevent the issue from happening again. Super friendly, knew what he was doing, and went above and beyond to make sure the issue was taken care of! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
5 star work from a 5 star company. They worked me into their schedule within 24 hours and provided thorough, quality work at a good price. They didn’t leave until after they made sure all my questions were answered and I was satisfied with the job. I would definitely recommend this company. I appreciate when companies care about their customers as much as they care about their specialty.
They were two and a half hours late and wanted to charge me $50.00 more. And I had to call them after they called and said they would be here by 9:00 am but did not show up until 10:30.
They are amazing people and they have great prices. I wouldnt use another plumber.
