Ethan of Snellville Heating, Air and Plumbing is the best. He has taking care of my AC system. Ethan is professional, educates, explains and solves problems with my AC & Heating. Whenever I find that Ethan is checking my AC & Heating and I am happy and confident that Ethan will expertly attend my to home systems. Snellville Heating, Air, and Plumbing are very fortunate to have him and should give him a raise!
Where do I start, worse customer service ever bought a new system last year from this company with extended warranty. My system quit working yesterday when I call they told me it will be $275.00 service call and because it was a warranty work it will be two days before they can get to me. The representative went on to say that the extended warranty only covered parts and not labor, when me paper work clearly state parts and labor covered for 5 years. Consumer beware of this company they are a totally rip off.
Best service I’ve ever received from a heating and air company. They also do plumbing now and Jay did an amazing job. Professional, on-time, knowledgeable, and I will use them again because of him.
Mark was very professional & knowledgeable on my service call . Did not try to sell me things I did not need . He took time to explain things in laymens terms ! Will definitely use Snellville Heating & Air again. Also the lady that took my service request was very kind .
